Founder and CEO
An accomplished CPA and seasoned CFO. Over the last decade, Zed has led more than 20 organizations through exchange listings and M&A transactions, with a collective deal size exceeding $500M.

Sarah Wang, CPA
Partner
Sarah brings deep expertise in audit engagements for multinational public companies, including IFRS and US GAAP reporting and OSC and SEC compliance.
She has guided clients through equity offerings and IPO readiness across Canadian and U.S. markets.
Jenny Au, CPA

Jenny began her career in public accounting at Deloitte and specializes in technical accounting, financial reporting, and finance operations.
With over a decade of experience, she helps growth companies build finance functions that scale.
Sally Song, CPA, CPA (IL)
Principal, Tax Services
Sally advises individuals, businesses, and investors on complex U.S. and Canadian tax matters, with particular expertise in cross-border compliance, international tax reporting, and tax planning.
Sally works closely with clients navigating the tax complexities of doing business, investing, or living across the U.S.–Canada border. She is known for taking a practical, detail-oriented approach to complex tax issues and helping clients understand both their compliance obligations and planning opportunities.
